Denise L. Gibbons

Denise L. Gibbons, 57, of the Utica Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Utica, New York, passed away peacefully on Monday afternoon, October 26, 2020 at St. Luke's Healthcare in New Hartford, New York.

She was born on June 16, 1963 in Stamford, Connecticut to Mr. & Mrs. Richard J. Mostowy.

On November 19, 1994, Denise was united in marriage to William H. Gibbons, Sr. and they shared a marriage of nearly 26 years and shared a life of 34 years together.

Denise enjoyed reading and connecting with friends on Facebook as well as playing games on her tablet and phone.

She is survived by her husband, William H. Gibbons, of Ilion, NY and formerly of Dolgeville, NY; three sisters, two brothers, three granddaughters, and seven great-grandchildren.

In keeping with family wishes, there will be no public services.  A private graveside service will take place in Dolgeville Cemetery, Dolgeville, New York in the Hayward-Gibbons family plot.  The family is being cared for by Roberts Funeral Home, 3 E. Faville Ave., Dolgeville, New York 13329.
