Uncle Rich was my first true friend when I started working with him 26 years ago. He had a very gentle voice and was always said take your time and we will do this together. I will always remember the good times . No matter how he felt he always treated you with the gentle smile. I will miss him . Hugs to his family . Thinking of his family at this sad time.
