Douglas K. Bulluck, 53, of Curtiss Road in the Town of Salisbury, New York, passed away peacefully in his sleep, on Thursday morning, July 18, 2019 in the comfort of his home.
He was born on November 23, 1965 in Little Falls, New York and was the son of Raymond and the late, Anna L. (Keyser) Bulluck. Douglas was educated at Stratford Central School and was a life-long area resident.
He was formerly employed at Gehring Tricot in Dolgeville, New York as a frame operator for 16 years until an early retirement due to health issues.
On February 25, 2005, Doug was united in marriage to Jacqueline A. Kennedy in Stratford, New York. The couple shared a loving union of 14 years.
Doug enjoyed being outdoors and loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He also enjoyed snowmobiling, four wheeling and riding mini bikes. Doug was a true "motor head" and loved anything motorized that he could tinker with and fix. His most precious time was that spent with his beloved wife, children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jackie Bulluck at home; his father, Raymond L. Bulluck and his wife, Donna Boyer of Salisbury, NY; paternal grandmother, Violet Jeffers of Stratford, New York; children, Matthew Bulluck of Dolgeville, NY; Bianca Belcher and her husband, Faron, for whom was Doug's best friend and son-in-law, of Dolgeville, NY, Jennifer Riggs of Dolgeville, NY and Brandon Prime of Fort Plain, NY; grandchildren, Krislynn, Tyler, Brady, Kamryn, Gabriel, and Noah; great-granddaughter, Ava; his brother, Edward Bulluck and his companion, Tina MacMillian of Salisbury, NY; step-sisters, Billie Jo Boyer and her companion, Brian Scheuerman of Salisbury, NY, Kelleen Duncan Neileser of Rockledge, FL, and Lisa Bellinger and her husband, David of Salisbury, NY; nieces and nephews, Jamii Vogt, Thomas Ramondi, Jessica Radley, Michelle Shibley, David Shibley and Brian Shibley; and special friends, Randy Jensen and his companion, Chrissy; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Doug was predeceased by his mother, Anna L. Bulluck on November 11, 2009.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.at Miller-Plonka Funeral Home, 30 Wolf Street, Dolgeville,New York13329, (315) 429-7123. There will be no formal funeral services at the close of calling hours. Doug will be interred in Stratford Cemetery in Stratford, New York at a later date.
