Mr. Charles A. Neely Jr., passed away peacefully Friday, August 11, 2017, in Rochester, NY. of natural causes.

Charles was born on June 22, 1943, in Little Falls, the son of Charles and Alice (Robinson) Neely and was a graduate of Dolgeville High School, class of 1961. He graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy in 1966 and practiced his love of the profession in New York State and Georgia for close to fifty years.

“Chuck” enjoyed travel, above all cruising, golf and reunions with his college friends.

He is survived by a daughter, Michele Neely-Saltoun and her husband, Andre, of Santa Barbara, CA, and Michele’s mother, Sandra Neely of Dolgeville, a sister Carolyn Neely LaQue of Fairport, a niece and her husband, Stacey and Kevin Thompson, and their children Andrew and Allison of Cortland, and several cousins, including Allan Robinson of Windsor, CA. He was predeceased by a nephew, Scott Charles LaQue, on August 1, 2017.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Middleville Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to the Albany College of Pharmacy Scholarship Fund, 106 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208 in his memory.
