Miss Anna Kaczynska, 83, formerly of 15 Spencer Street Dolgeville, and currently a resident of the Katherine Luther Residential Health Care facility, in Clinton, since July 2016, died there Friday evening January 12, 2017.

She was born in Lithuania, Poland, on January 30, 1934 the daughter of Anthony and Kazimiera (Slawinska) Kaczynska and came to the United States and the Dolgeville area in 1964.

 Anna was employed by the Daniel Green Company for many years, retiring from there. Upon her retirement she worked with her sister Aniela in the antique shop on Main Street, where they specialized in cut glass.

She was a faithful and devoted member of St. Joseph’s church in Dolgeville.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A mass of Christian burial and committal services will be held in the Spring in St. Joseph’s Church Dolgeville. There are No Calling Hours.

Her arrangements were pre-arranged and entrusted to Brian A. Roberts of the Roberts Funeral Home 3 Faville Avenue Dolgeville.
