Scott C. LaQue 55 of Penfield, died unexpectaedly Tuesday, August 1st, 2017.

Scott was born in Little Falls, on June 13, 1962, the son of Carolyn Neely LaQue and was a graduate of Penfield High School. He furthered his education by graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS degree in Business.

Scott was an avid tennis player, along with playing paddle tennis. In addition he loved spending summers at Piseco Lake, in the Adirondacks.

He is survived by his mother, Carolyn( Neely) LaQue of Fairport, NY; a sister and her husband and family Stacey and Kevin Thompson and their son Andrew and daughter Allison, all of Cortland,NY; an uncle Charles Neely; an Aunt, Sandra Neely and her companion Jerry Martyniuk; a special cousin Michele Neely-Saltoun and Godparents Nancy and Walter Dingman.

. In addition, Scott is survived by his father, Paul G. LaQue and step-mother, Janet LaQue of Hendersonville, NC, an aunt, Edith Cordone (LaQue) of Oswego, NY, and 6 cousins: Donald Cordone (Lisa), of Fulton, NY, Paula Distin (Steven) of Fulton, NY, David Cordone of Fulton, NY, John Cordone (Susan) Hannibal, NY, Joel Cordone (Shannon), Central Square, NY, and Pamela Cordone, Oswego, NY. 

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Middleville Cemetery.
